We have the pleasure of offering a challenging position for an experienced SIA licensed Security Officer to assist an existing team looking after a number of prestigious clients in the Newmarket area on a casual basis. The role requires a proactive and level‑headed individual able to present themselves in a polite and professional manner with a good grasp of the English language. This role would suit somebody who is looking for additional work around their main job.
Duties:
- Maintaining the high standard of access control for authorized personnel and control of public access
- Conducting internal foot patrols in conjunction with external mobile patrols of the local area
- Incident control management as well as emergency situation response when required
- Ensuring all assignment instructions are followed and adhered to
- Routine paperwork and record keeping as required
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have a current valid SIA Licence. A CCTV licence would be advantageous but is not required.
Schedule:
- 12‑hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Pay: £14.17 per hour
