Role
Front of house role – Responding to internal and external customer queries, including providing standard responses involving direct contact with members of the public and challenging service users.
Please be aware this is a part time position.

Carrying out reception and public counter duties, as necessary
Dealing with the recording of data in relation to footfall to the facility and the nature of the interaction
