Technical Coordinator – 12 month contract – Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria – £22.01 ph UMB or £16.50 ph PAYE (Inside IR35)

The Role

A position for a Technical Coordinator has been released with BAE Systems, for an initial 12-month contract.

The role requires an experienced administrator with a comprehensive understanding of the systems, processes, and procedures of the Department.

The role will be part of the Export Control Authorisations Team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Processing payments via the ad hoc payment tool.
  • Updating the insurance premium budget tracker and forecast.
  • Raising POs and processing invoice payments.
  • Tracking uninsured losses budget spend.
  • Issuing insurance certificates.

Processing and approving Export Control Enhanced Training.

  • Processing access requests for Export Control Licences & Toolsets.
  • Supporting the management of the shared mailbox to ensure timely responses.
  • Checking submitted training paperwork for errors and liaising with personnel.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good command of English grammar.
  • Experience managing and coordinating data.

Security Requirements: SC, ITAR & UK EYES ONLY

This role requires you to be a sole British national.
