About the Role
We’re looking for a Systems Engineer with strong technical capability and a passion for delivering high-quality systems across the full engineering lifecycle. You’ll be instrumental in writing, managing, and deriving system requirements, performing integration and validation activities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we exceed customer and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Derive and manage system requirements from customer needs and business objectives
- Write design documents and functional requirements in line with industry and internal standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system development
- Conduct system integration and testing activities to verify and validate functionality
- Evaluate interfaces and integration plans using electrical and software ICDs
- Prepare and maintain system engineering plans, procedures, and test reports
- Recommend system enhancements and ensure continuous improvement
About You

- Experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects (preferably in defence, aerospace, or transport domains)
