Surfacing Contracts Manager

Our client, a leading provider in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Surfacing Contracts Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves managing surfacing dressing contracts and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing surfacing dressing contracts from inception to completion
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality
• Supervising and coordinating with on-site teams and subcontractors
• Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders
• Conducting site inspections and quality control checks
• Resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Preparing and submitting project reports and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing surfacing dressing contracts in the HTP sector
• Strong understanding of surfacing techniques and practices
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
