Key skills required for this role Site Manager, CSCS, Construction, Dockyard, SC Important Site Manager, CSCS, Construction, Dockyard, SC Site Manager Location: Plymouth Security Clearance: Minimum BPSS required, SC clearance desirable Key Responsibilities: Ensure high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance on site Support the development and adherence to construction programmes and milestones Work closely with Project and Package Managers on planning and progress tracking Maintain effective cost control and provide regular progress reporting Oversee documentation, drawings and schedules in line with company procedures Liaise with subcontractors, stakeholders, and document control teams to ensure alignment Manage risks and interface issues proactively within the work package Essential Qualifications & Experience: CITB SMSTS certification Temporary Works Supervisor experience (ideally Temporary Works Coordinator qualified) CSCS card Demonstrable experience in site management, ideally within regulated environments (MOD/Nuclear/Ports) Must be local to Plymouth or within daily commuting distance and available to attend site 5 days/week Willingness to undergo security clearance procedures NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent Previous experience working at Devonport Dockyard Share manages this role Matchtech is a STEM Recruitment Specialist, with over 40 years’ experience Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
