Are you an experienced Senior Product Manager looking for your next contract opportunity? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the development and delivery of key products, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
This role offers a rate of £600 per day (Inside IR35) and is remote , with occasional travel as required. Active SC Clearance is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the product vision, ensuring stakeholder and team engagement.
- Lead the development of roadmaps, release plans, and lifecycle strategies.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery to live service.
- Represent user needs and prioritise work based on business value.
- Oversee backlog management, balancing short-term requirements with long-term strategy.
- Ensure quality standards, including compliance with GDS and accessibility regulations.
- Utilise user research and data insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Line manage, coach, and mentor Associate Product Managers and Product Managers.
- Strong experience in product management within technology-focused projects.
- Ability to identify and resolve patterns and trends in complex environments.
- Budgeting and financial control expertise, with commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and presentations.
- Experience leading teams and advocating for user-centred design across product lifecycles.
- End-to-end service design and large-scale digital transformation.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.
- Experience conducting user research and defining product strategies based on data.
- Previous experience as a line manager.
