Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate 2D and 3D MEP drawings and coordinated Revit models in line with project requirements.
- Support the design team in BIM Level 2 and 3 project delivery.
- Assist with clash detection using Navisworks or similar software and resolve coordination issues in collaboration with design teams.
- Maintain Revit families and templates in line with company BIM standards.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure fully integrated designs.
- Prepare and submit drawings and models for technical approvals and construction packages.
- Follow company QA procedures and contribute to continuous improvement in BIM processes.
- Update models based on red-line markups and field as-builts as needed.
- Attend coordination and BIM review meetings, providing technical input as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Solid understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection).
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar MEP Revit Technician role.
- Experience working on BIM Level 2 projects.
- Knowledge of British Standards and construction industry protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
