Our client, a leading organisation in the defence sector, is currently seeking a Security Cleared Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Derby.

This role involves working on a diverse portfolio of construction projects valued up to Β£20 million, delivered using the NEC contract. Attendance at the Derby office is required 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Quantity Surveying duties from project start to finish, working individually and as part of a team
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, and payment assessments
- Manage construction phase contracts including change management, contractor payments, and final accounts
- Generate reports and data in line with management and client requirements
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure integrated client service delivery
- Build and maintain client relationships, delivering excellent service in collaboration with senior management
Job Requirements:
- BSc in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in pre and post contract duties
- Understanding of measurement methods
