About the Role:
We\’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our Bristol-based team. You\’ll play a key role in developing, integrating, and maintaining project schedules across a dynamic portfolio. If you thrive on structure, love working with people, and have a knack for balancing timelines, risks, and resources – we\’d love to hear from you.
This is a customer-facing role where your ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders will be just as important as your technical skills.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Develop, maintain, and manage resourced, time-phased project schedules across multiple projects
- Create and maintain risk-adjusted schedules and conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM) by integrating cost, schedule, and scope data
- Track performance, identify delays or deviations, and develop mitigation plans
- Facilitate baseline change control and produce \”what-if\” scenarios
- Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and external stakeholders to ensure delivery against schedule
- Integrate Agile and Waterfall plans into overarching programme schedules
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to support visibility, control, and decision-making
What We\’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project planning/scheduling
- Practical knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, and baseline change control
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or Asta Powerproject
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and cost estimation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities under pressure
- SC Clearance eligible (or currently cleared) and right to work in the UK
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, PRINCE2, or similar
- Experience working in customer-facing environments or with government/regulated clients
