Our client, a prominent player in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking an experienced Lead Planning, Monitoring & Control Professional (Risk) to join their Submarine Solutions team on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the planning, monitoring, and control activities for submarine projects
- Applying your expertise in risk controls to ensure project milestones are met
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, risk registers, and control mechanisms
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Providing insightful analysis and progress reports to support decision-making
- Ensuring compliance with BAE-Project Professional standards and methodologies
- Facilitating communication and coordination between on-site and remote teams
- Supporting the continuous improvement of project processes and controls
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in project planning, monitoring, and control in the Defence & Security sector
- Strong knowledge of risk management techniques
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and risk registers
