Programme Manager – IT/Business Projects (Technical Focus – Cyber Security and Network information security)
We\’re hiring an experienced Programme Manager to lead a team of Project Managers, and Analysts in delivering a diverse portfolio of IT and Business projects with a key focus on technical programme delivery in Cyber Security and Network information security.
In this pivotal role, you\’ll drive projects from initiation to completion – managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You\’ll also play a critical role in strategic planning, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and team development.
What you\’ll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a high-performing project team
• Managing delivery across complex portfolios and multiple stakeholders
• Ensuring quality, compliance, and best-practice project execution
• Overseeing budgets and resource planning
• Directly managing high-impact technical and business projects

What we\’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Programme/Portfolio Management
• A track record in delivering medium to large IT projects and managing portfolios
• Strong background in Cyber Security and Network information security – NISCAF and OT experience essential
• Leadership skills with experience managing project teams and mentoring staff
• A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering complex change
• Experience working cross-functionally with Business, Architecture, Ops & Security
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification; Agile experience preferred
• Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science or related field
