Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development management process for projects ranging from 50 to over 2000 residential units
• Supporting the submission of planning applications
• Preparing planning reports and documentation
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders both in public and private sectors
• Contributing to a range of planning projects under the guidance of experienced planners

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of development management and town planning processes
• Familiarity with planning legislation and policy frameworks
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
