Our client, operating within London's Public Sector, is currently seeking a Parking Operations Manager on a contract basis. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing the efficient operations of parking enforcement and school crossing patrols within the London Borough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and line managing Senior Civil Enforcement Officers and School Crossing Patrol staff
- Ensuring efficient and effective financial and human resource deployment
- Overseeing the operational management of civil parking enforcement and school crossing patrols
- Managing and organising work outside 'normal' office hours, up to 36 hours per week
- Implementing agreed service outcomes in line with established protocols
- Dealing effectively with staff sickness, disciplinary issues, and other people-management tasks
Job Requirements:
