Our client specialises in delivering underwater engineering solutions to the maritime industry, with a primary focus on supporting the MOD. Both roles will provide essential support to a small, but busy Operations team. Your background in administration and/or project coordination will determine what role you are most suited too. Day to Day duties may include, but not limited to: Raising invoices and PO's Managing timesheets Preparing job files Preparing on-site documentation Liaising with employee & subcontracted divers Booking and planning hotels/flights Keeping job file records up to date Completing Reports Attend Operations MeetingKey Requirements: Strong administrative and/or coordination skills with experience in similar roles/industries Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial but not essential Excellent organisational and time-management skillsContract Details: Hours: Standard hours are 9:00 – 5:30 (though can be flexible) Work Environment: Initially 100% office-based for training, moving to working from home one day a week after the training period (subject to agreement with the manager)Hourly Rate: £14-£15/h plus holiday pay which can be accrued or advanced Both roles are initially temporary but with a view to going permanent, project dependant.
