Our defence client has a requirement for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This role is integral to change and transformation initiatives within the company, and requires a professional with security clearance to manage and assess critical business projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake of initiatives through the front door
- Clarify business problems, needs, and objectives
- Conduct initial assessments to align with strategic goals and programme roadmap
- Document and validate initiatives by working with stakeholders and users
- Identify gaps and risks in proposed initiatives
- Engage with Solutions Development Authority, stakeholders, and business change teams
- Define outcomes, user journeys, value streams, and the definition of done
- Support prioritisation and continuous improvement processes
