Our client is seeking a skilled Telecoms Maintenance Technician (CCTV, PA, Access Control) to join a team of engineers on a long-term railway station maintenance contract in Mid Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on communication systems.
- Handle call-outs and be available for on-call duties.
- Fault-finding.
- Maintain and install analogue and IP networked communication systems, including CCTV, fibre, and copper networks.
Job Requirements:
- Ideally based in Mid Wales.
- Background in CCTV, Fire & Security, SISS, VSS, display screens (analogue and digital), data networks, fibre, copper, CATV/CAT6.
- Experience in maintenance or installation of communication systems and infrastructure.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous railway experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Willingness to undergo Railway Medical, Drug & Alcohol test, and DBS check.
- On-call payments and overtime uplifts.
- Company van and fuel card provided.
