6am β 2pm (Monday to Thursday) and 6am β 11am (Friday)
2pm β 10pm (Monday to Thursday) and 11am β 4pm (Friday)
Introduction
Due to a steady rise in orders, our client is growing their manufacturing team and looking for several Production/Machine Operators to join them at their site near Lymington. If you\βre dependable, hands-on, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. This is a temp-to-perm position, so if things go well (and you show what you\βre made of), there\βs a real chance of securing a permanent role.
What will I be doing?
Running and monitoring production machinery and equipment
Following work instructions to manufacture materials to customer specs
Keeping an eye on quality at every step and ensuring the final product meets the mark
Recording data like material usage, output, and downtime
Carrying out clean-downs and helping maintain equipment
Supporting ongoing improvements to help the team work smarter and more efficiently
What do I need to succeed?
Solid communication skills and a good grasp of English (reading, writing, and numbers)
