Project Manager – Construction Location: Leiston, Suffolk | Permanent Opportunity We\’re working with a well-established Tier 2 contractor who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex construction and utilities project in Leiston. The scheme includes a mix of structural, building, and infrastructure works delivered to strict quality, safety, and programme standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead site delivery, managing teams, subcontractors, and daily operations. Oversee programme, cost, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes. Maintain compliance with CDM, health & safety, and environmental regulations. Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships. Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Proven experience managing construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. SMSTS and CSCS essential; full UK driving licence required. Experience working under NEC or similar contracts desirable.
