Our client, is currently seeking an LCWIP Engagement Manager for a contract role. This is a full-time position running from the new year to June 2025 on a contract basis, centred around specialist and community engagement for Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plans (LCWIP) within Pershore, Droitwich, Malvern, and Worcester. Key Responsibilities: Work with Active Travel England to secure funding Monitor budget and project expenditure Establish, coordinate, and design the delivery of the programme Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders Prepare reports for senior management, elected members, and various boards Support timely and robust management project controls Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities Job Requirements: Experience in programme management and delivering large, technically complex projects with a focus on active travel Strong communication skills, particularly in public engagement within a Local Authority Ability to build relationships with partner organisations and stakeholders Political astuteness and awareness to ensure local Members are engaged and informed Knowledgeable about active travel and infrastructure Significant track record of developing and delivering complex projects Excellent stakeholder management and partnership working skills Proficiency in report writing and briefing to senior executives and partners Excellent interpersonal skills If you are experienced in engagement, project management, and p…
