Our client is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Engineer to join their dynamic team, working on clean and wastewater projects. This is a contract role within the water industry, providing an excellent opportunity for those with significant experience in civil engineering and hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyse gravity hydraulic flow in clean and wastewater treatment works
- Utilise HADES software for modelling and analysis
- Provide design input across multiple treatment sites independently
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively
- Work on AMP8 Framework projects for United Utilities, Severn Trent Water, and Wessex Water
Job Requirements:
- Experience in civil/water engineering with strong knowledge of gravity hydraulic flow
- Proficiency with HADES software
- Understanding of Water Frameworks (AMP projects preferred)
- Experience in wastewater treatment works (WwTW) and water treatment works (WTW)
- Strong communication skills for liaison with various teams and stakeholders
Contract Details:
- 12-month contract with the potential for extension
- Inside IR35
- Competitive day rate (dependent on experience and location flexibility)
Location / Working Arrangement:
