A leading Defence communications company are recruiting for x2 Analogue biased Hardware Engineers on an Outside IR35 contract basis. The roles are for an initial 6 month period and offer hybrid working, based from the company site in Hastings.

Our client, a leading entity in the defence and security sector, is currently seeking a Senior Hardware Analogue Engineer for a contract position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full development life-cycle. Focused on defence products and contracts, this role invites professionals experienced in adjacent domains. Job Requirements:
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate engineering and domain experience across a number of the aspects listed below:
- Proficiency in designing analog circuits, including amplifiers, filters, and oscillators
- Understanding of signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles
- Familiarity with ADCs, DACs, and mixed-signal design
- Skills in designing power supply circuits and managing power distribution
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers
- Hardware design and verification against an agreed set of requirements
- Good understanding of requirements capture, work package definition, and effort estimation
- Create and modify analogue and digital hardware designs
- Module and system commissioning
- Support the manufacturing department during build and test
- Experience of implementing the development guidelines set out by RTCA/DO-254
