Job Requirements:
- Experience in development management and town planning
- Understanding of UK planning legislation and policies
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A relevant degree in town planning or a related field
- Experience with planning application software and tools
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
