Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications
  • Conducting site visits and preparing site appraisal reports
  • Providing support in the development of town planning strategies
  • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
  • Analysing and interpreting planning policy documents
  • Preparing detailed reports and documentation for planning applications
  • Contributing to public consultations and community engagement initiatives
  • Participating in project meetings and providing planning advice

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in development management and town planning
  • Understanding of UK planning legislation and policies
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A relevant degree in town planning or a related field
  • Experience with planning application software and tools
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
