Job summary Contract positions available for electrical assemblers in Gosport. You’ll need to be familiar with a wide range of connectors and J Standard wiring. Monday to Thursday 37 hours per week 7:15am-5pm (30 minute lunch) On site parking 1 week paid trial prior to starting Rolling monthly contract We are currently recruiting an Electrical Wiring and Assembly Specialist to work in our electrical assembly department. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in wiring connectors and working with intricate, delicate electrical parts. You’ll need to be familiar with a wide range of connectors and possess excellent attention to detail to ensure that our products meet rigorous aerospace standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical components, ensuring accuracy and reliability in each build. Perform intricate tasks such as soldering, crimping, and connector wiring to exact specifications. Work with sealants, adhesives, and potting compounds to protect electrical assemblies. Maintain detailed job cards and ensure all material traceability throughout the build process. Collaborate closely with the team while also working independently when needed.Essential Requirements Connector Expertise: Must have hands-on experience with various types of wiring connectors, particularly in complex and delicate assemblies. Ability to interpret and work from detailed electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Strong skills in wiring, soldering, and crimping, with attention to precision and care. Familiarity with electrical standards and practices, especially in high-stakes environments like aviation.
