We\’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager across the Construction, Structural & Architectural disciplines to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre projects across the UK & Europe, this role is specifically supporting Data Centre work based in Dublin, Ireland.
This role is paying anything up to €100,000 annually. This is working across a rotational shift pattern (17/4). This role will come inclusive of additional benefits such as: flights, sole-accommodation and a weekly living allowance (€250 euros, extra, tax-free).
You must be an individual who comes from a previous background on large projects, ideally within Data Centres, with experience supporting Construction, Structural & Architectural packages and teams, managing site safety with the project manager and HSE teams, planning & monitoring procurement, design and installation aspects for all CSA works, chairing & hosting CSA weekly meetings and much more…
Must have previous Construction Management experience across large-scale projects.
Must have an EU passport or Irish residency.
Ideally looking for someone with experience within Data Centres as the client is a specialist in this industry. Would consider candidates without this experience depending on the rest of your experience.
A positive and can-do attitude to be able to make a difference within the team.
