What You’ll Do:

1. Be the face of the business – build relationships and engage directly with clients.
2. Manage and administer a variety of high-value infrastructure contracts (NEC3, Option C preferred).
3. Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
4. Drive improvements in budget accuracy and cost control, identifying efficiencies and opportunities.
5. Manage contract changes and governance, maintaining best practices and compliance.
6. Work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Degree-qualified (QS/Construction) with 3+ years of experience.
2. Chartered, working towards chartership, or eager to develop professionally.
3. Confident client-facing skills – able to engage and build trusted relationships.
4. Experience with NEC3 contracts (Option C preferred) is advantageous.
5. Passionate about delivering best-in-class cost management solutions in infrastructure.
