What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of the business – build relationships and engage directly with clients.
- Manage and administer a variety of high-value infrastructure contracts (NEC3, Option C preferred).
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
- Drive improvements in budget accuracy and cost control, identifying efficiencies and opportunities.
- Manage contract changes and governance, maintaining best practices and compliance.
- Work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree-qualified (QS/Construction) with 3+ years of experience.
- Chartered, working towards chartership, or eager to develop professionally.
- Confident client-facing skills – able to engage and build trusted relationships.
- Experience with NEC3 contracts (Option C preferred) is advantageous.
- Passionate about delivering best-in-class cost management solutions in infrastructure.
