We are seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer to join our expanding international practice. This full-time hybrid role, based in Manchester, offers the opportunity to work closely with leading lawyers across multiple jurisdictions on a variety of high-value corporate matters.
The work will focus primarily on M&A transactions, investment and joint venture deals, and general corporate advisory work. You will also have the opportunity to support cross-border projects, collaborating with colleagues and clients across time zones and industries.
This role requires someone confident working independently, as your manager and senior team members may be based in another country. You will be trusted to take ownership of your workload, make sound judgements, and deliver exceptional results with minimal supervision.

- Exposure to Banking and Finance matters is an advantage
- Excellent academic record and strong legal training from a reputable firm
- Outstanding drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage work independently and handle international client relationships
