Our client, a leading company in the water infrastructure sector, are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team. This is a contract role based in Welwyn Garden City, offering 2-3 months’ worth of work, starting ASAP. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of workers on-site. Maintain high health and safety standards. Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of the team. Coordinate with other sub-contractors to achieve project objectives. Provide guidance and support to team members. Report any issues or concerns to the Project Manager.Project Details: The project duration is 2-3 months + on a freelance basis. Start Date ASAPJob Requirements: Significant experience as a Site Supervisor Strong understanding of infrastructure projects – specifically water pipelines Understanding if temporary works Customer engagement as this work will be in a residential area Excellent leadership and communication skills Report any issues direct to the Project Manager SMSTS ticket is essential. Temporary works certificates would be advantageous but not essential.Experience: Experience of working on a civils Infrastructure.
