Our client, a notable player in the power utilities sector, is currently seeking a Civils Estimator to join their team in a permanent role. This position will focus on supporting the pre-construction phase of projects within the power distribution and energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to analyse bid specifications, drawings, and project documents.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from engineering drawings to determine necessary materials, labour, and equipment for projects.
- Prepare estimates from first principles, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
