A high-growth software company at the forefront of reliability and incident management is looking to hire their first Developer Relations Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to join a VC-backed scale-up that’s trusted by major global brands and thousands of engineers each month. You’ll still be hands-on technically, working closely with engineers to surface the innovation happening under the hood, especially in areas like AI-assisted response tooling. You’ll help build the DevRel function from the ground up, and play a pivotal role in shaping the voice of the product across engineering communities.

  • Create practical, high-quality technical content: blog posts, demos, videos, and how-to guides.
  • Partner with engineering to understand weekly product updates and translate them into clear, helpful documentation.
  • Engage with the wider engineering/SRE/devops ecosystem—sharing insights and sparking conversations online and in person.
  • Act as a technical liaison between internal teams and the community—helping users get the most out of the platform while feeding product feedback back to the team.

Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar operational engineering discipline. A passion for sharing knowledge—whether through writing, speaking, mentoring, or content creation. A genuine interest in helping engineers build more reliable systems and respond to incidents more effectively.
