Aircraft Technician – Outside IR35 Position: Aircraft Technician Reports to: Base Maintenance Manager Length: 2 to 3 months Location: Twin Peaks, St Athan Hours: 40 hours per week, plus overtime Shift Pattern: Day Shift: Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 18:15 Friday: 07:00 – 14:30 Pay Rate: £24.00 per hour Employment Type: Contract (Outside of IR35) Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Aircraft Technicians to support our certifying engineers in performing unlicensed base maintenance tasks (mechanical and avionic) on B737NG and potentially A320 aircraft. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment at our Twin Peaks, St Athan facility. Key Responsibilities: Assist certifying engineers with mechanical and avionic maintenance tasks. Conduct unlicensed base maintenance on customer aircraft in line with regulations. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure maintenance is completed on time and to the highest standard. Requirements: Applicants must provide the following documentation: Mandatory Training Certificates: EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection System). FTS (Fuel Tank Safety). Human Factors Training.
