Job Title: B1 Licensed Engineer Job Type: Permanent Due to the nature of the role, full Security Clearance (SC) is required before starting on site. Matchtech has partnered with a key player in the aerospace MRO sector and is currently recruiting a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer for a permanent position at their Bournemouth Airport facility. As a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you\’ll take charge of allocated aircraft and equipment maintenance, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, to spec, and in line with Maintenance Manuals and the Company Exposition. Step in for the Chief Engineer when required and help drive day-to-day operations. Performance, Compliance & Documentation: Review team performance, provide feedback, and drive improvements in standards, practices, and overall efficiency. Delivery, Targets & Stakeholder Focus: Coordinate engineering activities to hit performance targets within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
