2 x Two Man Repair & Maintenance Gangs - North London

Our client requires two experienced 2-man gangs to carry out repair and maintenance works in North London. This is a long-term project scheduled to commence in June, with a duration of 14 months, offering consistent work for the right teams. Location: North London Various sites, primarily focused on streetworks and utility maintenanceScope of Work: Removal and replacement of chambers and interceptors Excavation, backfilling, and reinstatement of trenches Ensuring compliance with Streetworks and Health & Safety regulations Working in confined spaces as required Liaising with site management and other trades to ensure smooth project progression Key Requirements: Ganger/Lead: Must hold a valid Medium Risk Confined Space certification (essential) Streetworks ticket (essential) SSSTS or equivalent supervisory qualification (preferred but not essential) Proven ability to manage and lead small teams effectively Experience working on the Thames Water Framework (preferred) Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards and compliance Operative: Valid CSCS card (essential) Streetworks (NRSWA) certification (preferred but not mandatory) Experience working on the Thames Water Framework (preferred) Experience with drainage, chamber work, and interceptor installations Confined space certification is advantageous but not essential Rates & Benefits: Competitive rates based on experience and qualifications Long-term stability with 14 months of guaranteed work Opportunity for further projects upon successful completion Duration: 14 months, with the potential for contract extension based on performanceStart Date: JuneHow to Apply: If you are interested and meet the requirements, please apply now or contact us for more information, contact information found on profile.
