We're supporting Davies in the search for an experienced ServiceNow & Identity Migration Architect to join a major identity transformation programme, migrating from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with a strong ServiceNow architecture background and proven experience delivering identity and access management transformations. You'll be responsible for assessing current-state processes, gathering requirements from key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for workflow rationalisation and automation, and defining the target-state architecture for identity lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business, security, and technical stakeholders
- Assess and document existing identity and access management processes
- Analyse current ServiceNow workflows and integrations supporting Okta
- Design future-state workflows and integrations aligned to Microsoft Entra ID
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate processes
- Define solution and integration architecture across ServiceNow and Entra ID
- Support the successful delivery of the migration programme from a design and governance perspective
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation
Essential Experience
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect
- Strong ServiceNow workflow design, automation, and integration expertise
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with IAM platforms
- Experience delivering Okta to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) migration programmes
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance
- Experience with Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes and lifecycle management
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience
- Enterprise architecture and solution design experience within large-scale transformation programmes
