This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong mechanical, operational, and commercial expertise to take ownership of projects across marine and heavy engineering environments. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and develop the mechanical team across workshop, site, and project activities, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Minimum 5 years' experience in marine, mechanical engineering, ship repair, civil engineering, or maintenance. Proven supervisory or management experience. Strong commercial awareness and estimating capability. Mechanical qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience. Full UK driving licence. Marine or dockside mechanical systems experience. Experience in permit-controlled environments (confined spaces, hot works, etc.). Client-facing project delivery experience.
