The Opportunity We are looking for a Bellows Fitter to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team producing precision-engineered components.
Previous bellows experience is not required.
We welcome candidates from sheet metal, fabrication, fitting, or precision engineering backgrounds and will provide full training in the specialist techniques required for the role.
Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble aerospace bellows to engineering specifications.
Work with thin-gauge metals including stainless steel, Inconel and titanium.
Operate fabrication equipment such as guillotines, rolling machines and other sheet metal forming equipment.
Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Carry out forming, fitting and assembly activities.
Perform quality inspections to aerospace standards.
Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
About You Ideal Background Sheet Metal Worker Fabricator Fitter Aerospace Manufacturing Operative Precision Engineering Technician Essential Skills Experience working with thin-gauge sheet metal (around 1mm).
Fabrication, forming, assembly or fitting experience.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good practical engineering skills and manual dexterity.
Desirable Experience working with stainless steel, Inconel or titanium.
Aerospace, defence or precision manufacturing experience.
Experience using guillotines, rollers or similar fabrication equipment.
