Our client, a prominent player in the aerospace sector, is currently seeking a skilled Second Line IT Analyst to join their team on a contract basis in Wimborne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing second line IT support, managing and resolving incidents in a timely manner
- Monitoring system performance to ensure optimal operation and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with first line support and other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assisting in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure and software
