We are recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 ADR Driver for a Permanent role based in Poole. The position involves transporting goods safely between multiple Sunseeker sites, including Poole, Tower Park, and Portland. This role is ideal for a reliable, safety-focused driver with strong ADR experience and excellent route awareness within Dorset.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 1 HGV in accordance with company policies and UK driving regulations.
- Transport ADR-classified materials between sites in Poole, Tower Park, and Portland.
- Complete daily inspection checks and ensure the vehicle is roadworthy at all times.
- Load and unload materials following ADR safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records, delivery notes, and tachograph data.
- Follow site procedures for arrival, loading, unloading, and communication.
- Ensure full compliance with ADR regulations, including correct handling, securing, and documentation of hazardous goods.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
- Report any vehicle issues, delays, or incidents promptly to the transport team.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
