We are seeking a Paint Technician to work on the production of lifeboats. This role covers prepping, painting, filling and fairing GRP/composite components to a high, consistent standard in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sanding, abrading and cleaning GRP/composite surfaces
  • Accurate masking
  • Checking for and identifying minor imperfections before paint application
  • Applying primers, topcoats, and finishes
