Our client, a leader in the precision engineering sector, is currently seeking a Kanban Inspector to join their fast-paced manufacturing environment in Poole. This is a permanent position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting inspection operations within the KANBAN manufacturing facility
  • Registering inspection transactions into the MRP system
  • Recording and reporting all internal and supplier defects within the KANBAN facility
  • Ensuring early detection of unavoidable errors to prevent issues at the pre-treatment or final inspection stages
  • Supporting corrective actions and quality reviews to ensure effective preventative measures
  • Maintaining uninterrupted KANBAN process flow and supporting the required delivery schedule
  • Implementing minor rework when necessary
  • Conducting goods-in inspections and pre-process inspections
  • Booking in subcontract parts
  • Identifying and reporting non-conforming products, arranging rework as required
  • Performing final inspections of all KANBAN kit deliveries prior to dispatch
  • Supporting the manufacturing process to ensure there are no production delays

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with KANBAN systems
