The Role
As Head of Special Projects, you'll be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of bespoke vehicle programmes. Acting as the central point of coordination, you'll ensure each project is executed to the highest standards-on time, on brief, and exceeding customer expectations. You'll balance technical understanding with strong project leadership, working across engineering, workshop, and customer stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading multiple bespoke vehicle projects from concept through to final build
- Acting as the primary interface between the customer and internal teams
- Translating customer requirements into clear technical and delivery plans
- Managing timelines, risks, and key milestones across each programme
- Working closely with engineering and workshop teams to ensure seamless execution
- Providing regular progress updates and representing the project at key review stages
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive, motorsport, or high-performance engineering
- Strong project or programme management background within complex builds
- Experience working in a customer-facing technical role
- Solid understanding of vehicle systems and engineering processes
