Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing interior outfit team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects from concept through to completion.
Working across the cruise, ferry, defence, and superyacht sectors, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality interior outfit projects worldwide.
From commercial handover through to onsite installation and project close-out, this role will involve close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage marine interior outfit projects from handover through to successful completion.
Plan project delivery, procurement, resources, and logistics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead project meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying risks and implementing solutions where required.
Produce project programmes, financial reports, and commercial documentation.
Support site resource planning and recommend improvements where appropriate.
Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained across all project sites.
Take ownership of smaller projects from initiation through to completion when required.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic project environment.
You will enjoy problem-solving and have a strong track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
Experience & Skills:
Experience within the marine or interior outfit industry.
Experience managing projects involving multiple trades and stakeholders.
Knowledge of marine sectors such as cruise, ferry, defence, or superyacht would be advantageous.
Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scopes of work.
Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail.
A collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
Requirements:
Right to live and work in the UK.
Willingness to travel globally, sometimes at short notice.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety.
Compliance with company drug and alcohol policies, including random testing.
Ability to obtain SC-level security clearance.
