We're Looking for Paint Sprayers Ready to Make Their Mark
If you're skilled, hands-on, and hungry to work on something truly extraordinary, this is where you belong. At our Osprey Quay site in Portland, you'll be working on superstructures, hulls, decks, and small moulds that become part of our award-winning yachts.
What You'll Be Doing
- 70-80% prep work - filling, fairing, and perfecting surfaces
- Using Awlfair fillers (experience with other fillers is welcome!)
- Painting when required using gravity-fed guns
- Using your own DA sander and hoover (optional to bring your own spray gun)
Every task you complete directly contributes to the finish and feel of a world-class vessel, and you'll see your work come to life as each yacht takes shape on the production line.
