Our client, a leading organization in the aerospace industry, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in Redditch. What You’ll Do In this role, your primary focus will be maintaining and, where necessary, developing a robust and effective Quality Management System (QMS). This includes reviewing customer, industry, and internal specifications to ensure processes meet or exceed requirements, driving improvements through Quality Leading Indicators (QLIs), Quality Best Practices (QBPs), and implementing Zero Defect Strategies. Your responsibilities will include: Driving initiatives like Quality Leading Indicators and Zero Defect Plans. Conducting internal audits in alignment with AS9100 standards. Developing and maintaining a QMS compliant with ISO9001/AS9100 requirements. Implementing corrective actions and preparing responses. Hosting customer or regulatory auditors as needed.
