Job Title: Package Lead Engineer Department: Design Location: Leicestershire Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of specific motorcycle components, consulting with Specialists and Chief Engineers as needed. Ensure packages meet NMIP guidelines for time, cost, quality, and specifications. Manage package delivery, providing technical guidance to reporting engineers. Collaborate across the supply chain for effective project outcomes. Support the creation and maintenance of project plans to meet current and future goals. Monitor KPIs for Cost, Time, Quality, and Specifications, both directly and through leadership of team members. Follow established processes to minimize project risks and propose improvements. Escalate issues and provide mentorship and performance support to direct reports. Complete additional projects and duties as assigned by management.
