As a key member of their delivery team, you'll play a vital role in leading on-site construction activities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of works across this landmark project. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, visible leadership on site, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration. Coordinate and manage subcontractor activities, including leading progress and coordination meetings. Liaise with senior leadership and cross-functional project teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, maintaining the project risk register. Review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and environmental legislation, company policies, and best practices. Oversee planning and scheduling of site activities in collaboration with subcontractors and site teams. Support the collation and completion of project documentation for handover.
