- MT5/Q5 | PAYE | PAYE including holiday pay
- Basic | £18.13 | £20.77
- Overtime | £27.20 | £31.15
- Sundays | £36.26 | £41.54
- Earlies (10%) | £19.94 | £22.84
- Lates (20%) | £21.76 | £24.92
After 12 weeks

Opportunity to move to late shift after training on core shift
- Day (training) | Monday-Thursday 7:30-16:15, Friday 7:30-11:30
- Late | 2:00 pm - 11:45 pm Mon-Thu
Job Summary
Reporting to Team Leaders and Manufacturing Team Manager the role is primarily for our automated plating line but may become multi functional to carry out for all forms of plating, preparing and masking of parts within Manufacturing Finishing Department (MFD). Flexibility and a positive attitude is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce work within cost.
- Drives and sustains an attitude to continuous improvement as defined by Eaton standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adopts a 5S approach to working.
- Initiate cost saving and new ideas.
- To be co-operative and flexible.
- Must adhere to all Eaton EHS, Quality and training requirements.
- To work within a team.
- To interpret engineering drawings and applicable aerospace plating specifications.
Experience
- Must have previous experience in Heat Treatment.- alachrome, chromic and sulphuric processes
- Chemical storage, safety and use.
- Problem solving and root cause analysis.
Qualifications
- Any relevant qualifications in plating would be an advantage.
- Computer literate in MS office.
- Any relevant health and safety qualifications would be an advantage.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK freely adhering to ITAR restrictions.
