Role details:
We are looking for an experienced FM Data Transformation Lead to drive a Facilities Management Data & Reporting Transformation Programme. You will lead the delivery of a trusted, governed and sustainable data capability, improving reporting, KPI management and decision‑making across FM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end‑to‑end FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme.
- Establish data governance, ownership, quality standards and KPI frameworks.
- Define and implement a central FM data model and reporting architecture.
- Rationalise existing reporting and develop Power BI dashboards and performance reporting.
- Manage stakeholders across FM, technical teams and service providers.
- Oversee testing, implementation, adoption and transition into BAU.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience delivering data, BI or reporting transformation programmes.
- Strong background in data governance, KPI frameworks and data quality management.
- Excellent Power BI and reporting expertise.
- Knowledge of data modelling, integration and reporting architecture.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and programme management skills.
- Experience leading implementation, UAT and knowledge transfer activities.
Desirable Experience:
- Facilities Management, workplace, property or asset management environments.
- IWMS/CAFM platforms, including Planon.
- Experience with outsourced FM providers.
- Microsoft data and BI technologies.
- Regulated or security‑conscious environments.
