Matchtech Group is seeking a Training and Requirements Specialist to support development, delivery and assurance of modern training services across Portsmouth and other customer sites on a permanent, full-time basis. The role covers the Systems Approach to Training lifecycle from discovery to through-life support, with hybrid working.
You will translate customer needs into deliverable training solutions, contribute to training analysis, and draft requirements and assurance evidence.
