Job summaryOur Water sector construction client is seeking a Project Integration Manager to join their Havant based team managing the integration of two major water infrastructure projectsKey skills required for this roleWater, Construction, MEICA, Civils, Design, PlanningImportantWater sector experience is desirableJob descriptionOur Water sector construction client is seeking a Project Integration Manager to join their Havant based team managing the integration of two major water infrastructure projects considering design, buildability and construction interfaces to ensure successful delivery.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with two clients, another principal contractor and multidisciplinary teams to develop and define scope for project design and construction to meet the clients expectations and operational requirements.Develop and update a design and construction programme for the works.Work closely with commercial teams to develop project budgets.Manage teams to assist with the production of planning permission documentation.Identify and effectively mitigate project delivery risks.Foster and develop value engineering solutions.Lead the successful delivery of the integrated water project, managing quality, programme, and cost.Coordinate commissioning of the water transfer and integrated control systems.Chair team meetings effectively to collate views, develop actions and deliver outcomes.Work with the client to develop handover documentation requirements including Operation and Maintenance manuals.Skills/qualifications/experienceExtensive experience of pipework, pump stations, and water network control systemsManaging othersExtensive post graduate experience within the water industryCoordination and collaboration with multiple stakeholdersChairing meetings QualificationsDegree or HNC in Construction Management, Engineering or an industry related disciplinePlanning software experience (Primavera p6/Microsoft project)Significant knowledge of MEICA constructionAwareness of health & safety, CDM regulations and HAZOP requirementsBIM360 experience advantageousCandidate will ideally live a commutable distance from the Havant areaBenefitsSalary circa 70k depending on experience/interviewGenerous holiday allowanceCompetitive company pensionLong term project due to run until 2030This is a SALARIED roleRef no.BHN558846LocationHavant, EnglandStart dateASAPJob typePermanentJob statusClosed
